Laramie Dorris, Executive Project Director of Engineering, Procurement and Construction at USP&E, says that his team who is currently working on a power plant project in Conakry, Guinea, has been hard at work to ensure that some portion of power will be available to the people of Conakry by June 20th.
Dorris’ team of 75 consists of welders, electricians, laborers and civil workers just to name a few. Every day, these men are out on the job site working two, 12-hour shifts.
“They’re working so much it’s unbelievable,” Dorris said of his team’s dedication. “The guys are doing a fabulous job.”
